We are a private facility so we are not open with set business hours. As a client you will always gain access to meet your trainer, or participate in semi-private sessions. We discourage walk in traffic due to the privacy we like to offer. We do not sell memberships.

In our personal training studio, our trainers are experienced with many degrees and certificates, but the one item they all have in common is that they are all certified by the renowned CHEK Institute. The CHEK Approach is a holistic system of personal training using the best of the art and science of traditional and alternative health disciplines for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
WHOLE BODY WORKOUTS
Whole Body Workouts – We have created “Whole Body Workouts” a more cost effective way to train. These are Semi-private STRENGTH training sessions for all fitness levels. Sessions are 50 minutes and capped off at 3, they feel like personal training in a small group setting
This workout focuses on building strength with loaded and body weight exercises. Strength training not only makes you stronger but it will improve your balance, flexibility and mobility which will help you move through your everyday activities. Exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushing, pulling and carrying are the backbone of these sessions. Semi Private Sessions include 2-4 clients and last 50-60 minutes.
Personal Training is a 50 minute session of customizable strength training, based on individual needs, goals and preferences always incorporating strength training in a progressive and sustainable way.
