We are a private facility so we are not open set business hours. As a client you will always gain access to meet your trainer, participate in class or attend an event. We discourage walk in traffic due to the privacy we like to offer. We do not sell memberships.

In our personal training studio, all of our trainers are experienced with many degrees and certificates, but the one item they all have in common is that they are all certified by the renowned CHEK Institute. The CHEK Approach is a holistic system of personal training using the best of the art and science of traditional and alternative health disciplines for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Whole Body Workouts – We have created “Whole Body Workouts” a more cost effective
Semi-private training session that is for all fitness levels.
This workout focuses on building strength with loaded and body weight exercises. Strength training not only makes you stronger but it will improve your balance and flexibility which will help you move through your everyday activities. Exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushing, pulling and carrying are the backbone. Classes include 2-4 clients and last 50-60 minutes.
